Most ecommerce stacks have a graveyard.
The review app you tested in spring. The second design tool someone signed up for. The analytics add-on you were going to set up "next quarter."
All still renewing every month.
Grok Bot shipped a fix for this earlier this week. Your bot can now look up a subscription's price and renewal date, and cancel it for you. It checks with you before it touches anything.
It comes with three templates, and each one does a different job.
Find unused subscriptions
Lists the plans you're still paying for. You pick the dead ones. It cancels them.
Watch subscription prices
Keeps an eye on renewal prices, so a price bump doesn't sneak through on autopay.
Try it, don't pay for it
Starts a free trial for you, then cancels it or reminds you before the first charge.
That last one is the sleeper for operators. You get to test every shiny new tool without keeping a mental note of when the trial ends.
I mocked up the flow in the GIF with example plans: the list, the three you flag, the confirm step, done.
Run the first one before your next billing cycle. Worst case it finds nothing and you sleep better.
