What does it really take to turn cultural intelligence into business growth?

Yesterday was an incredible reminder of why brands love what we do at Collage Group.

We brought together leaders from some of the world's top brands for our annual Cultural Fluency Summit, hosted at SiriusXM in partnership with Nicole Buchanan and her fantastic team.

We didn't just talk about the power of culture. We put it to work.

A few highlights:

✨ Fresh insights: We previewed our new America Now research, uncovering the cultural shifts shaping consumers and creating new opportunities for brands.

💡 Real challenges, real solutions: Through interactive workshops, brand leaders collaborated to tackle some of their toughest cultural resonance challenges. Using Collage's Cultural Digital Twins, we explored a brand's growth opportunities with Gen Z graduates, testing new concepts and reasons to believe in real time. And SiriusXM's prune it or grow it workshop provoked strategic thinking and conversation on the areas were consumers are pulling back.

🎧 The power of authentic connection: SiriusXM shared how audio creates unique opportunities for brands to build trust and connect with consumers through the passions that matter most to them.

But my biggest takeaway?

The cost of cultural inaction is greater than most brands realize.

When brands wait for a cultural opportunity to become obvious, they're often already too late.

Your competitors have built the connection. They've earned the trust. And they've captured the opportunity to differentiate.

Following their lead doesn't make you relevant. It risks making you look inauthentic.

As a demand generation leader, I think a lot about what actually drives growth. And one thing is increasingly clear: Cultural intelligence isn't just a brand-building advantage. It's a growth strategy.

The brands that win will be the ones that recognize cultural opportunities early and have the confidence and insights to act.

Congratulations to the Collage Group team for bringing this experience to life, and I'm grateful to everyone who joined us!

If you're wondering where your brand's next growth opportunity will come from, let's talk. We'd love to help you uncover and quantify it.
