CEO.
Show it. Then stop.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
Your customer wants to know how the product works.
⠀
They don’t need a cinematic introduction to your company.
⠀
My rule: 1 video. 1 problem. 27 seconds max.
⠀
That’s a ceiling, not a target. If the answer takes 12 seconds, stop at 12.
⠀
I start with the questions, negative reviews and return reasons.
⠀
How does it attach?
What fits inside?
How do you clean it?
⠀
Each gets its own demonstration.
⠀
White background. Product in view. No flashing lights. No soundtrack carrying the explanation.
⠀
For these videos, I want the action to explain it without text on the screen.
⠀
If the demonstration is confusing, I fix the demonstration.
⠀
Then I watch it on my phone with the sound off.
⠀
Can I see the important detail? Did we actually answer the question?
⠀
Once that question is answered, let them buy or watch the next video.
⠀
This isn’t entertainment.
⠀
It’s education that helps customers buy correctly and use what arrives.
