We’re excited to announce that Instacart has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by DoorDash.
By bringing together DoorDash’s global consumer reach and logistics capabilities with Instacart’s purpose-built grocery technology and trusted retailer and brand relationships, we will accelerate our transformation of the grocery industry. Retailers and brands will have better tools to compete and grow, consumers will have more access to affordable groceries, and shoppers will have more ways to earn.
