You can stop treating AI as a nice-to-have on an Amazon Ads CV.
In the 1,800+ Amazon Ads job posts we track, AI was in 20% of the earlier ones.
In the last 30 days it is 27%.
That is 36% more roles asking for it.
But "uses AI" on a CV tells you nothing. The question is what they used it for, and what changed on the account because of it.
When you interview, are you asking candidates how they actually use it?
