A brain for one person is easy to build.

A brain your whole team runs on is a different game.

I run my business out of one Obsidian folder that every AI I use reads first.

(Claude Code, Codex and Grok all open the same instructions file and decision log before they touch anything.)

For me alone, it works.

It still needs looking after.

This week one automated job overwrote the October log another bot had been writing to all month. → Restored it from git history the next morning.

Now add your VA, your ops manager & two more AIs.

The questions change:

• Who sees the margin sheet, and who doesn't?

• Which AI can edit an SOP, and which can only read it?

• When three tools write to the same files, which version wins?

• When your VA asks the AI something, does it answer like you would?

Personal AI brains break at user 2.

And an AI missing half the picture still sounds sure.

So Dan Ashburn and I are building the fix live at Titan Network.

A Company AI OS: your AI knows as much about your business as you carry in your head, and your team works from it too.

3 days:

→ Mon 2 Nov: See it. A Company AI OS running with a real team

→ Wed 4 Nov: Build it. We build, you set yours up alongside us

→ Fri 6 Nov: Roll it out to your team

9am ET / 2pm UK, 60 minutes each, on Zoom.

Day 1 is free.

Yes - I said it. $0, silly goose.

You don't need to be a Titan member.

No code. Bring the AI you already use.

It works with ChatGPT or Claude, and it stays yours if you switch tools.

Sell on Amazon, Shopify or TikTok Shop with at least one person who should work from the same knowledge?

⤷ This is built for you.

Want a list of prompts?

⤷ Skip it. This is a working setup, built live.
