Half the Amazon vendor world will help you claw money back.
Chargebacks, shortages, disputes. It's useful work and I've got nothing against it.
It's just not really my thing.
I'm more interested in why the money keeps leaking out in the first place.
The terms nobody's checked, the budget nobody's questioned, the process that's quietly costing a fortune because "that's how we've always done it."
I'd rather find the issue and fix it.
It's less exciting to sell tho "I'll get you a big fat cheque back" is a much better opening line than "I'll look at your deduction structure."
