Winning on Amazon is actually really easy. You're just making it harder than it

Winning on Amazon is actually really easy. You're just making it harder than it has to be.
I've talked to dozens of billion-dollar companies who treat Amazon like any other account and then wonder why it isn't growing. Some have even given up on it entirely because they can't figure it out, not because it doesn't work.
"Why is this no-name brand #1 in our category?" is probably the most common question I've been asked.
Well, it's really simple. They have a strategy built around Amazon. They don't ask questions like "Can we get Amazon to change that policy?". Seriously, people have asked me.
They ask questions like "How can we optimize our process for Amazon? How do we tweak our planning, our financial approach, our packaging even."
These companies build an ad strategy based off ensuring they are always visible and to adjust with a growing plan. They are looking at product level margins and making adjustments.
Seriously. Winning on Amazon is not hard at all. Just give it the attention it needs.
