The AI & New Technologies practice at Siemens Advanta is growing, and we're looking for Forward Deployed AI Engineers: Consultants and Senior Consultants in Agentic & AI, based in Munich (hybrid).
The opportunity in one line: combine #FrontierModel capabilities with Siemens' #IndustrialHarness (software, automation, digital twins, OT data and deep domain know-how) and build & advice what's next for industry.
What you'll build
→ Embed with clients and ship: multi-agent systems, MCP servers, sub-agents, skills and evals that go live in production.
→ Vibe-code a prototype on Monday, refine it with plant operators on Wednesday, and show leadership the path to an AI-native organization on Friday.
→ Explore the space where IT meets OT (time series, process optimization, document intelligence), where the most interesting problems are still waiting for an answer.
→ Turn every win into reusable patterns and help write the playbook for AI-native industrial companies.
