Yesterday I kicked off my 7th SOLD OUT cohort!!
What's crazy? It's been exactly one year since I launched the first one.
Which means I've been running them every other month. (Yes, that means I have essentially been in launch mode nonstop since last October. My nervous system has some notes about that. 😅)
Even though I've had some practice now, each one is still a little different.
The workshops improve. Things get added. The backend keeps evolving, and I'm finally getting the support to automate and streamline the onboarding, which (if you can imagine) I have been doing entirely manually this entire time.
But even still, group is still not my comfort zone. I never set out to do this. Heck, yesterday I made myself a cup of tea before the call because I was cold, and didn't take a single sip of it, because I was sweating too much to drink it. (The ladies can confirm.)
REGARDLESS of the sweat, I love bringing these amazing women together - completely different backgrounds, completely different paths to the same Zoom room. All of them already doing really cool sh*t on their own, and now they get to do it together.
It's basically a support group for women who are building really cool things and want to SHOUT IT OUT louder in a way that's empowering, REAL, and profitable, and I'm lucky I get to run it.
