Their CV still says Amazon PPC. Their last two years say something else.
A lot changed in two years. AMC. DSP going self serve. Sponsored TV. The attribution model. Someone who stepped away in 2024 is not the same hire as someone who ran an account last month.

That is the filter almost nobody applies, and it moves the shortlist more than any other one.
