Your inbox is doing six jobs at once. Vendor quotes. Price drop alerts. Newslett

Your inbox is doing six jobs at once.

Vendor quotes. Price drop alerts. Newsletter briefs. Podcast replies. All landing in one pile, waiting for you to sort them.

Grok Bot can have its own email address. And you can split it into as many lanes as you want with one character.

The plus sign.

Old way: everything hits one inbox, you skim it, you forward the good stuff to wherever it needs to go, and half of it dies in there.

New way: you hand out tagged versions of the same address.

name+quotes@ goes on supplier forms.

name+alerts@ goes on price drop and restock signups.

name+briefs@ gets your newsletters.

name+podcast@ goes in your guest pitch replies.

Each tag gets its own routine. Mail to +quotes wakes the routine that pulls the numbers into a comparison. Mail to +alerts wakes the one that checks if the price actually hit your number. Nothing else fires.

⤷ No polling. No sorting. The address is the instruction.

The part most people miss: it's still one inbox. No extra accounts, no forwarding rules to babysit. You make up a new tag the moment you need one.

The animation shows the setup with example addresses.

Pick the one signup that clutters your inbox the most and give it its own tag today.
