Spotted something new in Amazon Seller Central.
→ Inside Buyer Messages, there’s now a toggle for “Enable Real-Time Chat” (currently in Beta).
When switched on, sellers appear online and can chat with customers in real time.
Does live chat lead to more conversions on pre-purchase questions?
Has anyone else seen this on their accounts?
