US, UK or Germany: where should your next senior Amazon Ads manager be based?
Median base pay in live job posts for senior Amazon Ads roles:
US, on-site: $91k to $120k
UK, hybrid: $67k to $80k
Germany, on-site: $52k to $64k
Same job title. Same accounts to run. Same skills needed.
What changes is the market, not the work.
We screen every market the same way, so a candidate in any of them has passed the same tests.
When you hire, does the country matter to you, or the result?
