My clients are probably sick of me saying this, but I'm going to keep saying it.. check your deductions against what you actually signed.
I get it. The AVN wipes everyone out, and once it's done you just want to never think about it again. But in a recent review I found a term being taken every month that nobody had ever signed. No email or heads up about it, it was just quietly coming off the invoices like that gym membership you forgot to cancel (IYKYK)
Nobody had spotted it, and to be fair, why would you?
You assume it matches what you agreed.
It's being challenged now and stopped from a set date, and I've got yet another thing to bang on about.
