The 3 launch check-ins I run regularly before a client asks.

So "how's the new launch?" is never a question they need to ask.

If you run 20+ client accounts, launches are the first thing to go quiet after go-live.

Especially when performance isn't great.

2๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐Ÿญ: ACOS vs target, and impression share

3๏ธโƒฃ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐Ÿฎ: search query share, total product sales, TACOS

Every check-in ends the same way: a short list of proposed changes. Bids, budgets and status still wait for a go.

The check-in dates go in the launch update the day it goes live. Nobody has to remember them.

The client hears how the launch is doing from you first.

Check before they ask.
