A landing page should directly create conversions for your app. Or does it?
That's something Im going to test with Paramour.
One thing I underestimated and underinvested in the past was branding and its role in the app's success.
With Paramour, Im going down a different road — to pay as much attention to detail as possible, to compromise as little as possible, and to be as consistent as possible.
While the Paramour app has been waiting for Apple App Store review for a second week now, I finalized the landing page, which is NOT supposed to bring conversions. It is meant to be pretty and fun and to tell a story.
The conversions' part will be covered by a web2app funnels, which are the next major chunk of work before the app's release.
As they say, a successful founder should be a storyteller, and now the public part of Paramour's story has begun.
Stay tuned, go check the page yourself, and tell me what you think!
