What’s changed since Forbes released this list in March? 👇

James Dacombe has since joined the ranks.

At 25, he became Europe's youngest self-made billionaire after his AI chip startup, OLIX, raised $312 million at a $3.3 billion valuation.

He started his first company at 17.

By August 2026, his second company was worth billions, even though its chips weren't expected to reach customers until 2027.

Forbes estimates that he owns roughly 30% of Olix.

That's nearly $1 billion in equity at the company's latest valuation. He also holds a stake in his first company, CoMind.

But these are estimates based on private-company valuations.

It doesn't mean he has $1 billion sitting in a bank account.

An enormous amount of wealth can be created through ownership long before a founder sells a single share.

But the decisions that follow can be just as consequential.

Wealth management requires ongoing decisions, regardless of how much someone is worth or how well prepared they are.
