Since August 12, 2026, the EU's new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requires manufacturers to prepare an EU Declaration of Conformity for their packaging.
And this is what many sellers don't realize:
โ EPR registration doesn't replace it.
โ An authorised representative doesn't replace it.
โ You need a declaration covering your packaging, in the languages required by the EU countries where you sell.
