I stopped chatting with AI about my Amazon PPC data.

It was a waste of time.

Not because chatbots hallucinate anymore.

Because they under-analyze.

Give a chatbot a 40,000-row bulk file and ask "What should I fix?"

It will find three interesting keywords and quietly ignore the other 39,997 rows.

So we flipped the job:

Never ask AI to do spreadsheet math.

Have a Python script do the math at 5:30 AM, and only let the AI write the summary.

Here is what landed in my chat before coffee this week on one account:

-> $6,700 spent in 30 days on search terms with zero orders (half their budget)

-> 15-day waste pace climbing from 53% to 57%

-> 26% actual ACOS vs 12% if zero-order terms were cut (a 2.0 ACOS Power Ratio)

-> Active ads still spending in Dallas and Miami while the Buy Box was suppressed there

I walk through the whole 5:30 AM agent build in this week's PPC Den episode.

And if you want that exact zero-order waste and ACOS score on your bulk file in 30 seconds without touching Python, drop your sheet into Badger Sheets for free: https://lnkd.in/eC_CiPgV
