We track 26,784 Amazon Ads profiles. Only 8% have 8 or more years of hands-on experience.
So if your job post asks for 8+ years, you are fishing in 8% of the market. And every other brand and agency with the same job post is fishing there too.
The biggest group is 2 to 4 years: 29% of the pool. That is where most good hires come from, if you test them properly. On Monday I'll show why years tell you less than you think.
