We used to trust a good interview. Now every candidate goes through a CV check and three rounds.
First, the CV is scored against a 7-point checklist.
Round 1 is a one-way video interview. Five questions on PPC, DSP, AMC and a recent Amazon Ads update.
Round 2 is a timed analytics test. 30 minutes, with the whole screen recorded the entire time.
Round 3 is a live interview with someone who has 10 years in Amazon ads and manages $50m a year in spend.
