things I've learnt from posting instead of just lurking
after taking part in the #PLMLinkedInChallenge & starting off building my little corner of LinkedIn, here's what I learnt:
⋆｡°✩ it can feel a bit intimidating putting your thoughts out there when there are so many people doing incredible things, but you don't need something super clever or insightful to say every time you post
⋆｡°✩ posting has helped me start to figure out what I actually enjoy talking about, and what I want to learn more about!
⋆｡°✩ it's made me more curious at work, too. I want to experiment more, understand things better, and keep finding new things to get excited about. partly because I love it, and partly because it gives me more things to yap about
⋆｡°✩ if you've been thinking about posting but keep telling yourself you're not experienced enough, or that someone else has probably said it better, maybe give it a go anyway!!
⋆｡°✩ be a cheerleader! no more reading and saving posts without interacting, showing up for people you admire is as fun & rewarding as posting!
