Your Amazon violation report can be rejected before a person ever reads it. Kai

Your Amazon violation report can be rejected before a person ever reads it.
Kai made this point while we prepped our Accelerate recap panel, and it stuck with me. Amazon filters a lot of Brand Registry reports automatically, so the wording can decide whether yours is accepted or rejected.
Accelerate brought a new Report a Violation flow: one guided path inside Brand Registry instead of a pile of forms. That helps. It does not fix the wording problem.
Kai also flagged a newer trick. Unauthorized sellers are using AI-edited images to hide or blur a brand's logo, so the listing slips past anyone searching for your trademark.
I write reports to Amazon every week on the review side, and the lesson is the same. Vague reports die. Specific ones get read.
What works for us:
Quote the exact text or image that breaks the rule.
Name the exact policy it breaks.
Stick to facts. No adjectives, no anger.
Amazon is also promising fewer repeat support cases: complex cases will go to one specialist who owns them start to finish by the end of 2026. Good. A clean first report still beats a great specialist.
Before you hit submit on the next one, reread it as if a machine is grading it. One probably is.
Brand owners: has a report you knew was valid ever come back rejected in minutes?
