So believe me when I tell you
Hiring interns is the smartest business model for talent pipeline
The least amount of risk
The least amount of salary
The highest chance to find insanely smart talent before someone else does
The ability to teach them ground the ground up before they have Sh*t corporate programming
So why aren't businesses hiring interns?
