Last month marked the completion of an extraordinary chapter in my career as I said farewell to Colgate-Palmolive to pursue my next venture. Across 22 years, 5 relocations, and countless market visits, Colgate provided me a masterclass in business growth, courageous leadership, and cross-cultural perspective.
Above all, I love the network of smart, generous Colgate people who are always willing to help each other succeed. I’m so grateful for the outstanding mentors, colleagues, and friends I have had the honor to learn from. I leave so proud of the powerful teams we created, the strong brands we built, and the positive impact we have had on billions of people who use our products everyday.
Now based in Florida, I am excited to build the next chapter of my career helping small and mid-size consumer brands accelerate profitable growth.
A great big thank you and ‘see you later’ to my Colgate network around the world! ❤️🦷🪥
