CEO.
The warning isn’t the problem.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
It’s the part of the problem you can see.
⠀
When an account health issue shows up, I don’t stop at getting it cleared.
⠀
I want to know what caused it and where else that same issue exists.
⠀
Was an unsupported claim copied across 12 listings?
⠀
Are customers repeatedly receiving something different from what the images promised?
⠀
Is the documentation organized, current and tied to the right product?
⠀
Fixing 1 ASIN while leaving the same problem on 11 others isn’t finished work.
⠀
It’s another interruption waiting to happen.
⠀
I check the account health dashboard, performance notifications, listing status, feedback and Voice of the Customer.
⠀
Then I connect what I’m seeing.
⠀
What needs action now?
What needs your team?
What needs changing across the catalog?
⠀
You don’t need another forwarded warning with “please advise” above it.
⠀
You need someone working the issue through to resolution and checking that the fix holds.
