I used to roll over at 3am, grab my phone, and check how many ass wipes purchase orders came in…like everyday
As if staring at the POs as soon as they hit my inbox really mattered
I was spending a little too much time on “outputs” every day
When putting energy into “inputs” is the only thing that matters
The truth in life on this is simple
💣Your effort is in your control, the results aren’t
Your job is to keep doing the things that give your business the best chance of winning
U should Learn from the “outputs”, adjust and just get back to the work
Today I no longer review outputs on a daily basis
I focus on doing what’s best for the DUDES
I Still care about the scoreboard
Just finally realized checking it isn’t how you score
