CEO.

5 meetings. Still broken.

Solo Amazon Operator.

⠀

I’ve stayed solo on purpose.

⠀

You work directly with the person evaluating your account, making recommendations and executing the work.

⠀

That only works if we can make decisions.

⠀

I bring you the problem, the evidence, the proposed fix and what it means for your money.

⠀

Ask questions. Challenge the recommendation. It’s your business.

⠀

But once the questions are answered, we need a decision.

⠀

A client who needs 5 meetings before approving a fix takes capacity away from every client ready to move.

⠀

Including their own account.

⠀

While we revisit the same conversation, the wasted ad spend continues. The listing stays confusing. The inventory order gets another week closer to being late.

⠀

I’m not asking for blind trust.

⠀

I’m asking for clear approvals, agreed boundaries and room to execute.

⠀

I keep my client list lean to protect the work.

⠀

We need to keep the approval process lean for the same reason.

⠀

Solo Amazon Operator.
