It’s been a little over a month since my agency TBAR Partners got acquired by Common Thread Collective
I like to document the journey so here’s a little update on where TBAR is at and whats been going on:
- Alex Rudolph and I are more motivated than ever working like crazy to provide the best TikTok shop service possible. The CTC team has helped us a ton on systemizing operations and helping us become more efficient and not break at scale!
- We started a TikTok shop live offering and are running lives with a lot of early success for some really cool brands
- I’m about to hit 10k followers on LinkedIn so make sure to follow me ;)
- Alex and I got to speak at Commerce Roundtable which was our 1st ever event we went and 1st time speaking so excited for more opportunities like that
- retention rate and MRR for us has been growing like crazy which is always a good sign
- we launched a trybe management service for some really big brands and it’s been crushing, we have one brand who’s been in the top 10 trybe list multiple times already so excited to scale that
- we hit platinum tier as a TikTok shop agency for 24hrs and then went back down but we are about to hit it again which I’m excited for as there’s only like 5 other agencies that are platinum
Super grateful for the opportunity to serve our clients and also have the opportunity to be under Common Thread Collective
This 1st month has went super fast but it’s been awesome as I have learned so much in this short time and super excited for the coming months
