My agent writes my follow-up emails. I still press send. After every client call

My agent writes my follow-up emails.

I still press send.

After every client call, the recording gets shared with everyone who was on it and a follow-up email lands in my drafts.

(Recording link, what we agreed, what I'm delivering, what I need from them.)

It never sends on its own. I read every one before it goes.

Same rule in my community. The agent posts the day's AI news without asking me, one to three times a day. Member messages and replies it doesn't touch. Those show up in a morning and evening digest, and I tell it how to answer each one.

The rule comes down to who's reading.

Writing to an audience?

⤷ The agent can publish.

Writing to one person?

⤷ It drafts, I send.

A wrong news post gets deleted in ten seconds. A wrong email to a client sits in their inbox with my name on it.

Try this today: list every place your agent can write, mark each one audience or person, and take the send button back on every person.
