There is no shortage of Amazon ads people. That is the problem.

We scored all 26,784 in our pool.

6,464 came out shortlistable or better. 24 percent.

1,894 are strong or exceptional. Just over 7 percent.

Every hiring manager I speak to believes the constraint is supply. It is not. There are thousands of people. Being able to tell which ones can do the job, quickly and repeatedly, is the constraint.

Better job ads get you more applicants. More applicants is not what you need.

That 24 percent is now free to look at, split by seniority, years, country, and whether they have ever owned an ACOS target.

You will not enjoy what it says about your last shortlist.
