Stop calling this a VA hire.
I say that as someone who spent years being described as "the ads guys" by clients who paid me a lot of money.
A VA hire is $900 a month and a task list. You tell them what to do and they do it. That's a real, useful role. It is not this.
What we place:
→ 4+ years hands-on as a hard floor
→ 99.2% of applicants never get through
→ Four rounds before you meet anyone
At that level they are not waiting for your task list. They're telling you your Q4 budget is wrong and your hero image is losing you the click.
The most expensive person we've placed is in Spain, not Asia. Because we're not sourcing on cost, we're sourcing on who can own the account.
Own, not operate.
Pay accordingly 🤔
