This year, an opening came up for Team Manager on my son's football team. My schedule is already full, but I stepped up and made it work.
I'm grateful that my career and my clients give me the flexibility to show up for game days, practices, and everything in between. Being present for my family and community makes me better at the work I do.
I'm proud to support the football/cheer program as a Black-level sponsor. Programs like these teach kids teamwork, resilience, and confidence, and they thrive when the community invests.
