A yes or no only tells you so much.
Likert Scale surveys are now in PickFu. Respondents rate each statement from strongly disagree to strongly agree, so you can see how strongly people feel – not just which side they picked.
We tried it with 15 Amazon Prime members to ask how they feel about their Prime subscription. Free shipping scored highest by a wide margin, while the membership fee and Prime Video landed closer to the middle.
That's the kind of nuance a pick-one question hides.
You can also use the Likert Scale to measure frequency (never, rarely, sometimes, often, always) and satisfaction (very dissatisfied -> very satisfied).
