I think we are closer to a sports agent than a recruiter. A recruiter is paid on

I think we are closer to a sports agent than a recruiter.

A recruiter is paid once, when you sign. After that you are somebody else's problem.

An agent has a reason to care what happens to you in year two.

So we do the things an agent does. We bring you the opportunities instead of making you hunt. We tell you what the role actually is rather than the prettier version. We get you paid on the first of the month. We chase your client every quarter for a real review, good or bad, because you cannot improve on silence.

And if a placement ends, for any reason, you come back to us and we start again straight away.

I asked one of our placed candidates what he would say to an Amazon ads specialist thinking about putting a profile in.

"Is there anything to lose? No. The only thing that can happen is that you improve. Worst case scenario, you don't get a new job. So why not do it?"

That is the deal. We are in your corner whether you are looking today or not.
