You post an Amazon PPC role and get a flood of applicants. How many of them can actually run your account?
From our own screening this year, out of every 100 applicants:
59 have real Amazon Ads work on their CV.
24 finish our video interview.
7 finish our timed test.
2 score 70% or more.
Fewer than 1 reaches a client shortlist.
The big drop is not at the CV. It comes when people have to show the work. A CV that says "managed $1m in ad spend" reads the same whether they made the bid decisions or just pulled the reports.
So don't hire on a CV and one call. Give them a real scenario from your account and listen to how they decide.
