I’m thrilled to share that I’m stepping into the role of CEO of Allies of Skin!
My journey with Allies of Skin began in May of this year, when I joined the company as an independent Board Member. In August, I was asked to step in as Interim President—a role I had initially agreed to take on temporarily.
What I didn’t anticipate was just how quickly this opportunity would become so much more.
I fell in love with this incredible brand, its tremendous potential, and the opportunity to help shape its next chapter. I also had the privilege of working alongside an exceptionally talented senior leadership team—a group of some of the smartest, most capable people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Their talent, passion, and commitment to the business have been truly inspiring.
I’m equally grateful for the encouragement and support of Meaningful Partners, whose partnership and confidence in me helped me recognize that this was an opportunity I simply couldn’t pass up.
Allies of Skin has an exciting future ahead. I believe deeply in the opportunity to build on the brand’s strong foundation, champion high-performance, science-backed regenerative skincare, and deliver meaningful results for the consumers who trust us. I’m energized by what we can accomplish together and excited to lead this next chapter of growth.
And for those who were wondering, I’ll be based in Miami—which means I’ll still get all the Ally time I need with my favorite little human—my granddaughter! ❤️
Sometimes, the opportunities that begin unexpectedly turn out to be the ones you were meant to pursue. This is certainly one of them.
