Post the job and wait, or go to the people who are already looking?
As of 16 October we are tracking 182 senior Amazon Ads roles open right now.
Another 1,651 have already closed.
Every one of those 182 brands and agencies wants the same small group of people who can actually run an account.
Most of them will post an ad and wait for applications.
In my experience, the ones who fill the seat first already know who they want to talk to before the ad goes up.
