One of the hardest parts of running AI agents has turned out to be deciding when they should interrupt you.

If they check in too often, you've built a very expensive notification system.

If they check in too rarely, you find out Thursday about something that went out Tuesday.

So start by sorting the work by one question: how bad is it if the agent gets it wrong?

If its…

1️⃣ Easy to undo, nobody notices: let it handle it (archiving newsletters, declining cold pitches)

2️⃣ Easy to undo, but it goes out in your name: have it draft and wait for your yes (client replies, anything that books your time)

3️⃣ Hard to undo: have it bring it straight to you (money, legal, anyone you know personally)

As the drafts keep coming back good, things move up a bucket.

Thanks again to Brian Sozzi and the Yahoo Finance team for having me. Watch the full clip here: https://lnkd.in/emEXN7nY
