e.l.f. was recently named the #1 cosmetic brand among female teens. And it's not hard to see why.
In her TIME feature, Ekta shares her view that "Culture moves at the speed of light," and in her role as Chief Technology and AI Officer, she actions that by enabling employees to own how they deploy agentic AI to enable e.l.f.
I imagine that autonomy - for the people closest to the work - enables the company to truly move as fast as culture, and to land themselves as a favorite among today's consumers.
