✨A Magical Update✨
What started as a cold LinkedIn DM to Melissa Facchina on an unrelated topic nearly 5 years ago led to so much more than could fit in one post.
At the time, I was happy where I was, knew nothing about investing, and was very very pregnant. She celebrated my beautiful baby and gave me the confidence to lean into my retail sales knowledge in a new environment because Siddhi’s own origin story was similarly founded and part of what made them special.
I felt the magic, I trusted my gut, and stepped way outside my comfort zone. Now many years later, I’m a working mom in a dual-career household, I earned my MBA from Kellogg, served on 2 boards, and learned more about food tech, investment, operations, and various go to market strategies than I could’ve ever dreamed or planned for. And most of all, I got to be part of a team that cares as much about each other as the businesses we invested in.
