CEO.
Your product delivered. Your listing overpromised.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
The customer received exactly what you shipped.
They still feel misled.
⠀
The image made it look bigger.
The accessory looked included.
The title suggested it would fit.
⠀
Now you're paying for a return on a product that works.
⠀
I don't start by blaming the customer for not reading.
⠀
I open the listing on my phone and ask what I would reasonably expect to arrive.
⠀
Then I compare that with the box.
⠀
Where do the 2 disagree?
⠀
That's where I work.
⠀
Show the actual scale.
Make the quantity obvious.
Explain compatibility where the customer will see it.
Remove anything that implies more than we deliver.
⠀
A disclaimer buried in a bullet doesn't excuse a misleading image.
⠀
And if the product really is the problem, I flag that too.
⠀
My job isn't to convince everyone to buy.
It's to help the right customer make a purchase they won't regret.
⠀
The sale isn't finished at checkout.
