This image showed up in my feed yesterday afternoon and the timing could not have been more perfect.
Yesterday morning, I was talking with Bob Gilbreath about this very subject. How much of our day do we spend rushing past the moments that make it worth living?
Work fills so many of our hours. So why not fill them with purpose?
Ask yourself: what value do I bring to the people around me?
For me, it's simple.
Bring out the best in the people I work with.
Raise the bar, together.
Help build a culture where people feel seen and supported.
But most of all?
I want to make you laugh.
Even on the hard days.
Especially on the hard days.
The deadline will pass.
The deal will close (or it won't).
But the laugh we shared on a Thursday afternoon call? That stays.
Life is too short not to have fun along the way.
