During the interview process, I was blown away by the culture felt in every conversation - and a week in, that's only been confirmed. e.l.f. is a "small" team of incredibly high-agency, fast-moving, and passionate people, all rallied around the mission of being a Bold Disruptor with a Kind Heart - shaping culture while making high-value, accessible products that promote inclusivity.
