I've learned that the hardest part of leading a business is not caring what others think of your company.
To be successful, you have a unique positioning.
Unique means that no one else is doing it.
You have to choose to be different. Your strategy should be different than all your competitiors.
When it is working you feel like a genius. When you are struggling it makes you feel like an idiot for not doing what everyone else is doing.
I continue to learn that If I want to build something remarkable, I can't be insecure. Doing what everyone else is doing will always produce mediocre results.
