CEO.
What did you personally fix last week?
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
That's what I'd ask someone before hiring them to run my Amazon business.
⠀
Not how much revenue their agency manages.
Not how many people are on the team.
Not which software they use.
⠀
Tell me about something you found.
What you changed.
And how you checked whether it worked.
⠀
A suppressed listing restored.
An inventory mistake caught before the order shipped.
Wasted advertising spend stopped.
A recurring customer complaint addressed in the images.
⠀
Then I'd ask what happened next.
⠀
Did the problem return?
Did the fix affect another part of the account?
What would you do differently?
⠀
I want to hear how they think when the answer isn't obvious.
⠀
And before signing, I'd ask one more question:
⠀
Will you be doing this work on my account?
⠀
Because the experience in the sales meeting needs to show up after I grant access.
⠀
I'm hiring judgment and execution.
I want to know whose.
