I imagine it’s not easy being married to someone like me. I’m up at silly o’clock daily, obsessed with work, a little hyperactive, cheerful to probably annoying levels, useless at rest.
Like a sort of Disney squirrel.
But Paul Upton is all the things I’m not. He's calm, consistent, confident, centred. He makes me feel safe, secure, and deeply happy in a way I honestly didn’t realise was possible.
