Hailey brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in consumer-packaged goods and consumer healthcare. As our eCommerce Head, she has driven a 29% compound annual growth rate on Amazon since 2024 and led the launch of Gold Bond on TikTok Shop in 2026. Before joining Gold Bond, she built the Digital Commerce Center of Excellence and omni-channel capabilities at Sanofi/Opella Consumer Healthcare. She is known for building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.
In her expanded role, Hailey will lead our marketing strategy, brand growth, media, innovation, and consumer engagement initiatives across retail and digital channels. Her established and outstanding team is more important now than ever, and I’m counting on them to achieve the success that our Brand needs and deserves.
