4 out of 4 text elements FAIL on this M&M's social banner.
Social is the 4th shelf. Winning on the 4th shelf takes glance-readable content.
That is the verdict from RHINO after auditing their "Wedding Hack" creative.
The ad promotes a customised "bride squad" gift jar of pink M&M's for wedding parties.
But when tested in RHINO, almost every critical text element failed contrast testing:
1. "wedding hack:" FAIL
2. "photo-ready gifts for your day-of girls" FAIL
3. "custom text" FAIL
4. "here" FAIL
When someone scrolls past this on a mobile phone, all they register is pretty pink candy in a jar. The wedding hack idea, the gifting occasion, and the call to action vanish in the scroll because of failed contrast.

Content Can't Convert if you Can't Understand it.

If you can't glance-read a banner on your mobile on social media, it's wallpaper at best.
This could easily have been caught upstream before pushing live.
Test your banners for glance readability before spending media budget.
Creating Demand, demands design for mobile readability, especially on the Social Shelf.
